How to place your order
These terms and conditions will apply each time you place an order on our website.
Once you have chosen the items that you would like to order, please make certain that you take your relevant measurements to ensure that you order the correct size. We have taken a great deal of care in describing our items, and publishing the appropriate measurements, to avoid unnecessary inconvenience and cost to you should the item need to be returned due to an incorrect size. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the size of any order submitted by you.
Simply add the items that you wish to purchase to your shopping basket and at 'checkout' your payment will be made via PayPal for your convenience and security. No sensitive information will be retained on this website.
We will send you an email acknowledging successful receipt of your order. This will be subject to stock availability and does not constitute a binding contract. In the unlikley event that we will be out of stock on a particular item, we will advise you of a similar alternative. We are a small company constantly striving to create new designs to reflect ever changing fashion trends and therefore we do not mass produce.

Delivery
Delivery of products is available worldwide. For countries outside of the EU any customs or import duties levied once your parcel reaches your country will be your own responsibility. If you are uncertain about import duties, ensure that you check with customs in your country before placing your order.
Please allow up to 10 days for receipt of your order. Whilst we will make every effort to ensure goods are delivered within the estimated timescales given, delays due to unforeseen circumstances can occur. Therefore, we will not be held liable for any delay or failure to deliver within such time estimates for whatever reason. We regret that express orders are not available.
Delivery of products can only be made to the billing address.
Standard delivery charges
Postage and packing is fixed at €5 delivery on all orders under the value of €100.
For orders of €100+, postage, packing and delivery will be free of charge.
Returns
We hope that you are delighted with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the item(s) unworn and in a re-saleable condition with all labels attached within 7 days of receipt, enclosing a copy of your Paypal Payment confirmation. However, please note that we do not refund postage and packing, or the cost of returns postage except where the return is the result of our own error i.e. the wrong item has been despatched.
In cases of a return where Mother 2be Direct Ltd is not at fault, we regret that we will need to recover our costs and deduct the Paypal fees and any original postage that we have paid from the refund amount.
If you should encounter a problem and need to return any item(s), please email us at www.mother2bedirect.com for our returns process. We will answer all emails within 12 hours of receipt. Return postage would normally cost a maximum of €5 for European customers. Worldwide customers, please contact us in advance of placing your order if you would like the relevant information to enable you to obtain an estimated cost for a return.
Please remember to obtain a certificate of posting, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in return post.
